Marta Bruska

Marta Bruska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and banking, currently serving as a Fellow at On Deck since October 2021. Previous roles include a position at Lendrock from January 2016 to March 2021 and time in agribusiness banking at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development from June 2010 to October 2013. Prior consulting experience includes tenures at the International Finance Corporation and the World Bank from 2006 to 2010. Marta holds an MBA from IE Business School (2015), an MA in International Economics and European Studies from Johns Hopkins SAIS (2006), and a BA in Political Science and International Law from University College Utrecht (2004). Additionally, Marta obtained a Bachelor of Arts from UC Irvine in 2003 and an IB Diploma from III Liceum im. Marynarki Wojennej (2000).
