Nazila Mathari is a Senior Technical Program Manager and Org Coach at Bloomberg LP, specializing in product delivery processes and organizational strategies within the MCA division. With experience coaching teams across various functional areas, Nazila drives innovative product development for core Bloomberg Terminal solutions. In addition to current roles, Nazila serves as an Angel Investor Fellow with On Deck and has previously held leadership positions at Spotify, Credibly, American Express, Gartner, and Accenture, focusing on project management and cross-functional initiatives. An alumnus of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Nazila possesses a strong foundation in technology and business.
