Shawn Wasielewski

Shawn Wasielewski is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering and project management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Services at On.Energy since September 2025. Previously held positions include Director of Field Services at Fluence, where responsibilities encompassed executing maintenance and performance testing across the Americas Fleet and developing an in-house maintenance team to reduce costs. Wasielewski's extensive experience includes leadership roles such as Senior Manager of Engineering & Execution, Commissioning Manager, and various electrical engineering roles at organizations including MasTec Power Corp., Enscicon Corporation, ESI Inc. of Tennessee, and Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals. Outstanding contributions to project management, risk assessment, and team leadership have been evident throughout Wasielewski's career. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia Southern University.
