Traci Holland

Traci Holland has extensive experience in member services and healthcare management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Member Services at AMPS since November 2018. Prior to this role, Traci held various positions at Change Healthcare from February 2010 to October 2018, including Manager of Field Services. At Chamberlin Edmonds, roles included Resolve Application Manager and Assistant District Manager from August 2007 to February 2010 and July 1997 to March 2003, respectively. Earlier career experiences included positions at Lee County Health Care as Activity Director and at Older Americans Council-Macon, GA, as Coordinator of the Senior Volunteer Program. Traci holds a degree in Gerontology and Biology from Bowling Green State University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
