Kelly Novak

Kelly Novak has a diverse work experience with various roles in different organizations. Kelly worked as the Director of Social Media and Account Supervisor at On Ideas since August 2017. At Catholic Charities, they served as the Director of Development from November 2016 to August 2017. Earlier, they were the Director of Development at Hope Haven from April 2015 to November 2016, leading fundraising, media, and marketing efforts. Kelly also worked as an Associate Director of Development at the University of Florida from September 2012 to April 2015. Prior to that, they were the Community Development Coordinator at Children's Miracle Network Hospitals from December 2009 to September 2012.

Kelly Novak earned a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Florida, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Digital Strategy from the same university, completing their studies from 2022 to 2024.
