Christopher Crook has over 18 years of experience in the software engineering and operations engineering fields. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer for OAR Corporation. From 2014 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Software Analyst for Intrepid, where they developed reusable, modular software in C/C++ using the FACE Technical Standard, used DevOps platforms, and provided guidance for software implementations. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a System Analyst for BAE Systems, Inc., where they provided support for program planning, test support for ground and flight tests, and conducted analysis of data collected during tests. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Operations Engineer for Acro Service Corp, where they performed hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) testing and trained new engineers. From 2004 to 2011, they served in the United States Army as a 14J30 Air Defense C4I Tactical Operations Center Enhanced Operator/Maintainer, where they served as a first-line supervisor for up to 25 personnel and performed administrative duties.

Christopher Crook graduated from Charles Henderson High School in 2000 with a High School Diploma. Christopher then attended Troy University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2004, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science in 2014. In 2020, they began pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Vanderbilt University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
