Robert Yarwood

Robert Yarwood has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on quality management and project governance. Robert currently works as a Project Manager at On Line Support, and previously worked as the IB IT Quality Manager at Credit Suisse from December 2008 to March 2016. In their role at Credit Suisse, Yarwood was responsible for managing the Project Governance processes and systems, as well as leading the Development Methods and Quality Management initiatives. Robert also matrix managed the Regional Quality Managers in the Business areas, and developed and implemented the Solution Delivery Framework (CS-SDF).

Robert Yarwood completed their O Levels and A Levels at Dunsmore Secondary School. Robert then went on to obtain a certification from LinkedIn in Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership.
