Agnita Pal

Agnita Pal serves as the Director of Quality Improvement at On Lok since April 2022, where leadership in adopting the Hoshin Kanri X matrix has resulted in actionable plans and performance metrics for driving improvement. Previously, at Asian Health Services, Agnita played a key role in COVID response projects and led the implementation of a comprehensive quality management program as the Quality Improvement Director. Agnita’s experience includes senior management roles at the Canadian Institute for Health Information, the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services, and the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, with responsibilities ranging from operational management of clinical databases to developing reporting standards across numerous agencies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering, both from the University of Toronto.
