Leigh-Ann White Msn

Leigh-Ann White MSN, RN, CSSBB is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality and performance improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Quality & Performance Improvement at Saint Francis Healthcare System since April 2016, Leigh-Ann also held the position of Performance Improvement Lead. Prior to this role, Leigh-Ann was the Director of Quality and Care Coordination at HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital and served as the Interim Director of Quality. Additional roles at HSHS St. Elizabeth's include Nurse Manager of Clinical Excellence and various positions in clinical process facilitation, patient safety, clinical documentation, and telemetry nursing. Leigh-Ann's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Chamberlain University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Science from McKendree University, and an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Southwestern Illinois College.
