Charlene Marie Elefante Mpa

Charlene Marie Elefante, MPA, serves as the Senior Manager of Community Engagement at On Lok since January 2019, where Charlene Marie is also a DEI Council Member. Previous roles include Government and Community Relations Manager at Verity Medical Foundation and positions focused on social media, public relations, and community engagement at Tri-City Health Center. Charlene has further experience as Programs & Events Manager at San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce, where duties included managing events and membership relations. Academically, Charlene holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration and two Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Pre-Law, and Criminal Justice respectively, all from California State University - East Bay, along with graduating from Mt. Pleasant High School.
