Crystal Chow

Crystal Chow is a dedicated medical social worker with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at On Lok since August 2021. Prior to this role, Crystal worked as a medical social worker at Vitas Healthcare from February 2015 to August 2016 and served as a senior social worker at the City and County of San Francisco's Human Services Agency from 2006 to 2014.
