Sandra R.

Sandra R. has a diverse work experience in the senior care industry. Sandra started their career as a Lead Care Services Trainer, Medication Technician, and Caregiver at University Mound Ladies Home in 2004. Sandra later became the Resident Services Director, overseeing a team of 35 staff members and providing exceptional care delivery and management programs. Sandra joined Sunrise Senior Living in 2015 as an Assisted Living Coordinator, managing care delivery for 32 seniors and training and coaching over 25 caregivers. At On Lok, they held several roles, including Program Manager for Community Services and Assistant Director of Programs and Operations. In these roles, they supervised staff, developed bilingual program strategies, and ensured program compliance. Sandra also served as the Interim Associate Director of Operations, providing leadership and coordination during a period of restructuring. Currently, they are the Director of Senior Programs & Operations at On Lok.

Sandra R. has completed an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from the College of San Mateo. Sandra has also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
