Brad Westveld

Brad Westveld has over two decades of experience in executive search and leadership team building. Brad co-founded ON Partners in 2006, where Brad currently serves as a Partner. Prior to that, Brad held senior positions at Korn/Ferry International, CTPartners, and Heidrick & Struggles. Brad also has experience in staffing, sourcing, and organization development from their time at Motorola. Brad holds a MA in Communications from Bond University and a BS in Communications from Grand Valley State University.
