Joe Gartland is an experienced consultant currently with ON Partners since June 2023, focusing on building diverse C-level and board leadership teams. Previously, Joe served as Boathouse Director at Kent School, managing a historic rowing program and coaching the boys team. At Princeton University, Joe contributed as the Assistant Coach for the Heavyweight Men's Rowing program, achieving the 2022 IRA V4+ National Championship title and leading recruitment efforts for a top-ranked team. Joe's coaching career includes roles at Community Rowing, Inc. and Williams College, where Joe developed successful novice and freshman programs, respectively. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Boston University.
