He founded MPI EDEN, an influential boutique executive search firm in the global convergence market.

He spent 10 years with Russell Reynolds Associates as Managing Director and Head of the Communications & Convergence Practice for the Americas.

He began career with Ray & Berndtson and Korn/Ferry International.

National Board Chair for Arthritis Foundation National Board and serves on its Foundation’s Executive Committee.

HE earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Christian University where he was an NCAA Scholarship Athlete on the football team.
