Joy Ducey Miller

Joy Ducey Miller is an accomplished executive consultant with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and human resources. Currently serving as an Executive Consultant at ON-RIVER Consulting, Joy also operates as the Owner and Principal of Ducey & Co. LLC since February 2017. Previous roles include Vice President of People & Organizational Effectiveness at Cuesta Partners and various leadership positions at on-river HR, DWH, and Blue Medora, where responsibilities encompassed human resources, operations, and project management. Joy's career began at Amway, progressing through various project management roles, backed by a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from Ferris State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Tri-State University.
