Who are we?

As former Human Resources and Operations executives, the ON-RIVER team understands the challenges of running the business day-to-day while preparing the HR team and broader organization for the future. We use a pragmatic and objective approach. This agility creates recommendations and solutions that optimize YOUR HR investments. These results earn us the trust of CEOs and executive teams.

What do we do?

We work with clients who see around the corners, who believe that the right investments at the right time will accelerate their firm’s value creation.

Working together, we accelerate your firm in achieving the value expected from significant growth or implementation of a new strategy. Our expertise is accelerating people, culture, and goal alignment allowing firms to focus on what matters most. Our projects are typically 3 – 6 months to identify barriers, create plans to close gaps, and launch you and your teams into a more effective and efficient organization. Our approach is to:

•	Listen more than talk to understand your business and what you are trying to achieve
•	Evaluate what is important now – and determine what can wait
•	Utilize best practices rather than pre-made templates to inform the steps to reach your unique future

Times of company growth and change can be messy. ON-RIVER can guide you quickly and safely through these “rapids” to the calm on the other side.

What are our typical service offerings?

Organizations experiencing significant growth and change typically face similar challenges. ON-RIVER offers services across the following areas that can help accelerate and ease these transitions.

•	Mature and Scale HR Programs and Teams
•	Evolve Leadership Teams
•	Refine Organizational Structure
•	Define Operating Rhythm
•	Facilitate Leadership Team Building
