Alexandra Devolites

Alexandra Devolites currently serves as the Head of Global Franchise Management at On, overseeing the long-term strategy for footwear franchises in Lifestyle and Collaborations since February 2022. Previously, as the Senior Lead of Global Franchise Management at On, Alexandra focused on strategic positioning and lifecycle planning for key footwear franchises, successfully developing emerging categories such as Training. Alexandra's experience includes serving as the Senior Manager of Global Retail Marketing at Away, where strategy for new market entry was established, and as Marketing Lead at lululemon, where holistic growth strategies for multi-unit locations were developed. Additionally, Alexandra has held the role of Yoga Instructor at Y7 Studio and holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia, along with a 200-RYT certification from Corepower Yoga.
