Marisa Ruh

Marisa Ruh is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a proven track record in the EMEA region. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead EMEA at On, Marisa previously held roles at adidas, including Recruiter Future Talent Acquisition, Recruiter, and Associate Recruiter. Marisa also gained experience as a Recruitment Assistant at menovia consulting GmbH and as an HR Strategy Assistant at Siemens. Additionally, Marisa completed an internship in Retail Human Resources at adidas Singapore Pte Ltd. Marisa holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Sozialökonomik with a focus on Personnel & Organization from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, attained between 2013 and 2016.
