Sofia Cubillos

Sofia Cubillos has extensive experience in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Digital Customer, Head of Data Analytics, and Data Scientist for the Digital Team at On since November 2017. Previously, as a Data Science Researcher at FOL from August 2015 to August 2016, Sofia developed a model to analyze and predict mutual fund redemptions using data mining algorithms. Sofia's academic background includes a degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Finance from Universidad de los Andes, completed in August 2016, and teaching assistant roles in various engineering courses at the same institution from August 2013 to December 2015. Earlier internships include experiences at Start-Up Chile, Fonterra, and Tecnofast Chile.
