Tanya Bain

Tanya Bain has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Tanya currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Business Partnering at On starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Talent, North America at On from 2021 to 2022. Previously, Tanya worked at adidas, where they held positions such as Global Director Strategy & Projects, Yeezy from 2018 to 2021, Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2017 to 2018, HR Manager from 2015 to 2017, and HR Generalist from 2012 to 2015. Before joining adidas, they worked at Stream Global Services as a Senior HR Generalist in 2010 and as an HR Generalist in 2009. Tanya also has experience at Ingersoll Rand as an HR Generalist from 2008 to 2009 and at TDS Telecommunications Corp. as an Associate Manager- Employee Relations from 2007 to 2008, Senior HR Representative- Employee Relations from 2006 to 2007, Recruiter from 2004 to 2006, and Senior HR Assistant, Talent Acquisition in 2004.

Tanya Bain holds a Bachelor's degree in Management-Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. In 2018 and 2019, they attended the Co-Active Training Institute for Professional Coaching. Tanya has obtained several certifications including the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, the SHRM-CP from SHRM, the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, which they obtained in October 2020.
