Vincent Chen

Vincent Chen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the footwear industry. Vincent most recently worked as the Head of Sourcing Footwear at On. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Production & Planning Asia at the same company. Before joining On, Vincent worked as a Senior Sourcing Manager at the same organization. Vincent also gained valuable experience at Decathlon International, where they served as the Footwear Production Team Manager and the SEA Component Team Manager. Vincent also held the role of Mold & Sole Production Leader, where they were responsible for managing the development and production process of mold and sole components. Vincent has also worked at SHOEfabrik as a Senior Tooling Manager and at Shyang Hung Cheng and Apache Footwear LTD as a Tooling Engineer.

Vincent Chen attended Guangdong Light Industrial College from 2001 to 2004, where they studied CAD Aid Design without obtaining a degree.
