Pil Sung Park

Pil Sung Park is a seasoned professional in the field of electrical and computer engineering, currently serving as the Senior Director of Process Integration and Device at onsemi since April 2025. Previously, Park was the GaN Technology Lead at Texas Instruments and held various engineering roles at Navitas Semiconductor, where significant contributions included advancements in GaN technology and device engineering. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Process Integration/Device Engineer at Samsung Electronics, focusing on technology development for logic devices. Education includes a PhD and a Master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University, where pioneering research in GaN-based devices was conducted. Park also has experience in administrative support at the Overseas Koreans Foundation and research internships that further developed expertise in simulation and design methodologies.
