Kirk Saboda

Kirk Saboda is a seasoned professional in the audio/visual and event production industries, with over 25 years of experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Enablement & Mentoring at ON Services since January 2020, Kirk focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and client engagement for live events and corporate meetings. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at AV and Director of Operations at Dyventive, where Kirk demonstrated a strong track record in securing significant revenue growth, developing innovative technical solutions, and optimizing team processes. Kirk's extensive background also includes leadership positions at Tallen Technology Rentals, South Bay Audio Video, and Connections for Business, along with military service as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College and completed the Nuclear Power School training program.
