Diana Yuen

Diana Yuen currently serves as the Learning and Knowledge Manager at On Side Restoration Services Ltd. since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at Intact from June 2021 to October 2024, and as a Learning Design and Development Manager at RSA Canada for a brief period in early 2021 before its acquisition by Intact. Diana worked as a Learning Manager at Amazon from June 2017 to January 2021 and led Learning and Development initiatives at Canada Post/Postes Canada from June 2013 to June 2017. Earlier roles include Learning & Development Coordinator at Katz Group Canada Ltd./Rexall Pharma Plus from July 2012 to June 2013. Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Gender's Studies from the University of Toronto, a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and several certifications in Adult Learning and Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education and the Association for Talent Development.
