Anne Payen-Fornicola

Vice President of CMC at On Target Laboratories

Anne Payen-Fornicola has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Anne is currently the Vice President of CMC at On Target Laboratories since 2021. Prior to this role, Anne worked at Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals from 2014 to 2020, where they held various positions including Vice President of Manufacturing, Director of CMC Project Management, Associate Director of Project Management, and Senior Project Manager. Anne'sresponsibilities at Tetraphase included managing the supply chain for the Xerava product, overseeing process transfers and validation, and authoring and reviewing regulatory documents.

Before joining Tetraphase, Anne worked as a CMC Consultant at Verastem in 2014 and as a Contract CMC Project Manager at Zalicus Incorporated from 2012 to 2014. At Zalicus, they coordinated the production of clinical trial materials and oversaw development programs for drug substances and products.

Anne's earlier experience includes roles at PCI Synthesis from 2010 to 2012, where they served as Technical Project Manager and Senior Research Scientist. In these roles, they managed projects involving API preparation and process transfers, as well as developed analytical methods.

Anne began their career at AMRI in 2002 as a Senior Research Scientist, where they worked until 2010.

Anne Payen-Fornicola began their education journey in 1994 at CPE Lyon, where they pursued a degree in Chemistry. Anne completed their studies in 1999 and earned the title of Ingenieur. Following their time at CPE Lyon, Anne went on to Wayne State University in 1997 to further their education. At Wayne State University, they focused on Chemistry and successfully graduated with a PhD in 2002.
