Tommy Lee has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical operations. Tommy started their career as a Clinical Research Associate II at PRA International in 2001 and then worked at Covance in the same role from 2002 to 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Clinical Research Associate II at Kforce. In 2004, they joined Amgen and held various roles such as Specialist in Clinical Site Management and Clinical Site Manager II until 2008.

In 2008, Tommy Lee joined Healthpoint as a Clinical Study Manager and later became the Associate Director of Clinical Operations from 2010 to 2013.
