Paul Mandel

Paul Mandel, CPA, currently serves as Vice President Finance and Accounting at On-Tek Electric, overseeing finance and accounting functions in the construction and maintenance sector since 2024. Previously, Paul held leadership roles including Head of Finance and Commercial at PowerON Energy Solutions and Head of Finance and Treasurer at DMC Mining Services. As Group Financial Controller at YORK1, responsibilities spanned construction, environmental services, and development. A former Assistant Controller at SNC-Lavalin Inc., Paul contributed to various engineering and construction projects. Additional experience includes finance management at West Group of Companies and financial analysis at Kingsdale Capital Corporation. Early in Paul’s career, involvement in pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing occurred at Apotex Inc. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, a Public Policy Graduate Diploma from York University, and professional designations from Chartered Professional Accountants and Certified General Accountants of Ontario.
