Gemma Lapington

Gemma Lapington has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Gemma is currently working at On the Beach as a Senior Product Manager, starting in January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Product Manager from September 2019 to February 2023. Prior to joining On the Beach, Gemma was an Agile Business Analyst at the same company from March 2018 to September 2019.

Before their time at On the Beach, Gemma worked at HSS Hire as a Digital Experience & Usability Analyst from September 2014 to March 2018. Gemma also held the position of a LiveHire Website & Customer Care Team Assistant Manager at HSS Hire from September 2009 to September 2014.

Earlier in their career, Gemma worked at Krispy Kreme as a Retail Specialist from December 2007 to September 2009. Gemma started their professional journey at The Vestry, where they worked as a Sales Assistant from October 2004 to September 2007.

Gemma Lapington attended Flixton High School for Girls from 1999 to 2004, where they completed their GCSEs. Gemma achieved 1 A*, 2 A grades, and 6 B grades. After high school, they went on to Pendleton College between 2004 and 2006, where they pursued A-levels in Product Design (A), Psychology (B), and Media Studies (B). Later, Gemma attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Product Design and Technology with a 2:1 grade.
