Jennie Cronin

Jennie Cronin has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources. Jennie most recently served as the Chief People Officer at On the Beach, beginning in January 2024. Prior to that, they held the same role at M247 from July 2020 to June 2022, and at Maintel from October 2017 to July 2020. Earlier in their career, they served as the Chief People Officer at Intrinsic Enablers of Business Agility from January 2014 to September 2017. Additionally, they have experience as an HR Business Partner at Kellogg Company from May 2011 to December 2013. Jennie also took a career break from March 2009 to April 2011. Before that, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an HR Director from December 2005 to February 2009 and as an HR Manager from February 2005 to December 2005. Jennie began their HR career at Sainsbury's as an HR Manager, where they worked until January 2005.

Jennie Cronin's education history includes a degree in Business and Management Studies obtained from Lancaster University from 1999 to 2002.
