Kasia Michalska

Kasia Michalska has extensive work experience in the technology and product management field. Kasia is currently serving as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at On the Beach. Prior to this, they held roles such as Chief Product Officer and Product Director at the same company. Kasia also worked at Financial Times as a Product Director, where they led the new-products development team. Kasia has experience as the Founder & CEO of Ralloo Ltd, a micro-sponsorship platform. Kasia previously worked at Google as Head of Product and Director, overseeing financial products and compliance with regulatory requirements. Kasia also held positions at BeatThatQuote.com, including Product Director and Head of Web Development. Kasia co-founded BubblyNumbers.com, a boutique agency delivering online consumer-facing solutions. Kasia'searly career involved working as a Web Developer at Grupa Onet-RAS Polska and as a Journalist for Machina, a cultural magazine.

Kasia Michalska completed a Master's Degree in Film & Media Studies and Psychology from Jagiellonian University between 1995 and 2000.
