Richard Holt

Richard Holt has a range of work experience in engineering and management roles. Richard currently serves as the Head of Engineering at On the Beach since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Engineering Manager at the same company starting from January 2022. Before joining On the Beach, Richard worked as the Head of Engineering at Wakelet from December 2020 to December 2021. Richard also had significant experience at Booking.com, where they served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager from January 2020 to December 2020, and as a Software Engineering Manager from April 2016 to January 2020. Additionally, they held the role of Engineering Team Lead at Rentalcars.com from August 2014 to April 2016, and started their career as a Senior Developer at Kewill from July 1999 to August 2014.

Richard Holt attended Urmston Grammar School from 1992 to 1999. Richard then studied at Keele University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science.
