Sara Hoyle has over two decades of experience in customer service and quality assurance roles across various industries. Currently, Sara serves as the Customer Feedback Team Leader at On the Beach, where responsibilities have included positions such as Quality Team Leader and Quality Assessor since joining in December 2011. Prior to this, Sara held senior roles at MOORCROFT DEBT RECOVERY LIMITED, including Customer Service Team Lead, and worked in customer service at British Gas and TUI. Sara began a career in the travel industry with positions at Travelcare, Thomas Cook, and LUNN POLY LIMITED. Educational background includes attendance at Compton House from 1993 to 1998.
