Brian Shaughnessy has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, particularly with On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, where roles have included Vice President of Franchise, Director of Franchise Operations, Director of New Restaurant Operations, NRO/Remodel Project Manager, and Managing Partner, starting in December 2009. Previous positions at On The Border include Learning Manager from September 2008 to March 2009 and Managing Partner from June 2005 to 2008. Brian's career with On The Border began in 1998 as a General Manager and also included a managerial role prior to that.
