Alice Delanoë

Alice Delanoë has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alice most recently worked at On Train as a Senior Partnership Manager starting in March 2023. Prior to that, in 2022, they were an Account Manager at LesTalents by FrenchFounders until August.

Before that, Alice worked at Avizio from March 2021 to January 2022 as an Account Manager. Alice was responsible for managing recruitment needs for French startups in their portfolio, as well as talent management.

From 2018 to 2021, Alice worked as an Independent Consultant at Customer Experience Strategy, where they supported early-stage companies in brand strategy and customer experience. During this time, they specifically worked with Aime. co, a beauty supplements company.

Alice also gained experience at Accor, where they held multiple roles. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Brand Content Manager, responsible for the loyalty program's brand strategy. Alice also served as a Project Manager from 2015 to 2017, leading the Le Club AccorHotels website strategy and online customer experience. Additionally, from 2013 to 2015, Alice worked as a Junior Communication Manager at Accor, handling various communication responsibilities such as recruitment materials, digital banners, and the implementation of a graphic charter.

In 2013, Alice briefly worked as a Junior Communication Manager at Birchbox. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in partnership management, account management, brand strategy, customer experience, and communication.

- In the year 2011 to 2012, they attended Université Paris X Nanterre, where they earned an M1 Droit des Affaires. Their field of study focused on Droit international des affaires et droit fiscal.

- Finally, from 2008 to 2011, they completed their undergraduate studies in Droit at Université de Nantes, obtaining a Licence in Droit Privé.
