Georges Abi-Heila has a diverse work experience in the field of growth and performance marketing. Georges started their career in 2012 as a Junior Consultant at Mediation-Consulting, where they conducted strategic audits for C-suite executives. In 2013, they joined Capgemini Invent as a Senior Consultant, specializing in business and technology innovation. There, they led the design of a new digital department for Caisse Nationale des Assurances Maladie and managed a top priority project for BNP Paribas Investment Partners.

In 2016, Georges founded and served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Les 5 Pièces, a bootstrapped non-profit organization promoting theater and performing arts. Georges was responsible for acquisition and marketing, successfully growing the organization to over 800 daily visitors and 15k newsletter subscribers.

From 2017 to 2018, Georges worked as a Senior Manager at eFounders, focusing on growth and brand marketing. Georges then joined Station, a desktop app company, as the Head of Growth. In this role, they optimized the AAARRR funnel and reported directly to the CEO. Following that, Georges held the position of Head of Growth at Too Good To Go, the world's largest food waste app. Georges led the company's growth efforts across 18 markets and managed a $2M yearly paid acquisition budget in France.

In 2020, Georges became an Executive Coach at On train, providing coaching services to executives on various marketing topics such as paid acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and user tracking.

In 2021, they took on the role of Speaker - Growth & Performance Marketing at Join Lion, where they shared their expertise in growth and performance marketing. Later that year, they became the Head of Growth - World at Sunday, a payment solution for restaurants. Georges led growth initiatives across three markets and managed a team of 15 individuals working on different work streams, including customer engagement, growth engineering, and online advertising.

Georges' most recent position is as the Head of Growth at Chance, where they have been responsible for leading growth strategies for the company.

Georges Abi-Heila's education history includes a Winter 2018 Batch at Y Combinator. In 2017, they obtained a Code & Go certification from EPITECH - European Institute of Technology, where they completed a Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp. Georges also holds a Master's degree in International Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, which they earned between 2012 and 2013. Prior to their Master's, they achieved a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution from 2008 to 2010.
