Marc Harding

Marc Harding is a board member at On With Life. Marc was previously employed as an operations supervisor at Viant Medical and a customer operations manager at Integer Holdings Corporation. At Viant Medical, they were responsible for the value stream of surgical instruments and created standard work for high volume jobs. Marc also used value stream mapping to eliminate waste on the production floor. At Integer Holdings Corporation, they participated in Kaizen events to reduce shipping costs and set up a finished goods area. Marc also created a process for label requests for the Biomet Echo Hip Project and developed a database for the Echo Hip Project to connect all intercompany POs to customers' POs.

Marc Harding's educational career consists of a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Colby Sawyer College.
