On Your Feet

It all began with improv . . . then after many “yes, ands” and 20 years, On Your Feet became so much more. Today, On Your Feet is a true collision of business, art and science that solves serious business issues (both live and virtually) in ways that are experiential, interactive, and… not boring. We inspire people to find more joy and less fear in their work by helping them be better collaborators, communicators, and innovators. We do this in both virtual and face-to-face work environments. Our clients include Nike, Uber, Intel, Disney, Apple, and others. How we help: Meetings: Keep people engaged and interested in a way that leads to clear action and results. Values to Action: Designing organization-wide initiatives for living your company’s values and walking your talk. Distributed Work Coaching: Helping you manage people, build a culture and continually improve, virtually. Team Building: Breaking down silos to create truly collaborative teams. Training HIVEs: HIVEs (Highly Interactive Virtual Experiences) utilize the best features of video-conferencing (dynamic breakouts, variety, interactive learning methods, play and improvisation) and learning science. Innovation + Ideation: Inspiring creativity with tools for thinking differently. Conferences: Get people connected using the best blend of real and virtual worlds.
