Henoc Monte Gonzalez possesses extensive experience in footwear design, currently serving as Lead Footwear Designer Special Projects at On since October 2025. Prior to this role, Henoc held the position of Senior Footwear Designer at Moncler from October 2023 to October 2025, and at adidas from September 2016 to October 2023, where responsibilities included both senior and footwear design roles. Henoc obtained a degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, and furthered education with a Master's Degree in Footwear and Accessories Design from CocoSchool.
