Jessica Rubio

Jessica Rubio is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with a strong background in talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Lead - Talent (HR) Business Partner for the Americas at On since 2021, Jessica has progressively held various roles within the organization, including Talent (HR) Business Partner for both the Americas and North America. Prior to this, Jessica gained experience as the People and Culture Manager and in Human Resources at INDUSTRY (PDX) from 2018 to 2021, and contributed to the Community and Quality part of the Tutors Platform at Chegg Inc. from 2016 to 2018. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources Management from Portland State University.
