Josh Masaya Tsuchino

Josh Masaya Tsuchino is a Senior Designer at On since January 2025, specializing as a Senior Specialist in Apparel Design for On Court Tennis. Previously, Josh served as Design Manager at Loro Piana from June 2023 to December 2024, leading the design for active apparel categories for both men and women under the LVMH group. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Designer for Tennis and Padel at ASICS Corporation from June 2018 to April 2023, where Josh created apparel for top grand-slam athletes. Additional roles include Designer at The Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Apparel Designer at The North Face, and Assistant Designer at adidas. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from the London College of Fashion, complemented by studies in pattern cutting and draping at Bunka Fashion College.
