Abby Claussen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Abby started their career as a Waitress, Cashier, and Hostess at Le Peep Restaurant, where they provided excellent customer service and worked collaboratively with a team.

Abby then moved on to Northwest Missouri State University, where they held various roles as a Student Ambassador, SOAR Leader, and Freshman Seminar Peer Advisor. In these positions, they conducted campus tours, advised incoming students, presented speeches, and created student schedules.

After their time at the university, Abby joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as a Listing and Advertising Coordinator. Their responsibilities included inputting and managing listings, coordinating marketing for agents, and collaborating with vendors on advertising campaigns.

Abby then transitioned to C.H. Robinson as an Account Coordinator, where they activated and tracked shipments, scheduled appointments, and ensured account processes were completed to exceed customer expectations.

Abby's next role was at CentralSquare Technologies, where they served as an Associate Account Manager and later as a Customer Success Manager. In these positions, they maintained relationships with clients, acted as a liaison between customers and internal teams, and contributed to product sales.

Currently, Abby is working at ON24 as a Customer Success Manager, specializing in customer onboarding. ON24 is a leading webinar marketing platform, and Abby's role involves optimizing demand generation, enhancing lead qualification, and accelerating sales pipeline opportunities.

Throughout their career, Abby has demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Abby Claussen attended Westside High School from 2007 to 2011. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management and Marketing at Northwest Missouri State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
