Alexis Harrison

Alexis Harrison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Customer Experience (GCX) Practices & Enablement at ON24, Alexis plays a pivotal role in the executive leadership team, collaborating with senior management to drive strategic initiatives. Previous positions at ON24 include Director of GCX Enablement, where Alexis scaled operations for a team of approximately 130, and Director of Customer Solutions, focusing on marketing solutions products. Additionally, Alexis has a rich background in eLearning from NAPCO Media, managing customer webinars and virtual trade shows, along with marketing leadership roles in two divisions. Other past experiences include social media management and entry-level positions in public relations and accounting. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rutgers University.
