Jason Irons

Jason Irons has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jason currently works as an Integration Specialist at ON24 since September 2021. Prior to that, they were employed by Validity Inc. as a Technical Support Representative from August 2019 to September 2021. Jason also worked for Return Path as a TSR from February 2019 to August 2019 before it was acquired by Validity Inc.

Before entering the tech industry, Jason held various roles in different companies. Jason worked as a Laboratory Manager at Silver Anvil Engineering Corp from an unknown start date to July 2018. In this role, they managed laboratory processes, created and analyzed experimental data. Jason also provided IT support and handled financial accounting for the company.

Jason also has experience in maintenance as they worked at Galilee Baptist Church from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they worked as an Installation Support Technician at Qlinks America from 2006 to 2007, where they acquired customer service skills and handled system configurations of Intel-based kiosks.

In addition, Jason had short-term roles as a Car Audio Installer at Best Buy in 2006 and as a Shift Manager at Book Market in 2005. However, their most significant experience in retail comes from their time at Sports Authority. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Customer Service Representative and achieved recognition as Employee of the Year. Jason implemented strategies to increase employee productivity and profit, acted as a Team Lead in the warehouse, and had extensive product knowledge to assist customers.

Jason Irons earned a Web Design Certificate from the Community College of Aurora in 2008-2009. Prior to that, they attended Rangeview High School from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained the SketchUp 2015 Essential Training certification from Lynda.com in January 2016.
