Lauren Tafoya has extensive work experience in the customer success field. Prior to their time at Yello.co, Lauren worked at Careerbuilder Sourcing Solutions as a Senior Software Sales Executive. Lauren led B2B sales and consulting, working with companies on software and sourcing solutions for the pre-hire process. Lauren also held the role of Inside Sales Consultant at Careerbuilder Sourcing Solutions, where they focused on sales and customer consultations.
