Lindsey Houser has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Coldwell Banker, where they coordinated print advertising and handled public relations. From 2005 to 2007, they held the role of Promotions Coordinator at KFMB-TV, managing promotional advertising and producing news promos. In 2007, they became an Account Executive at remerinc, overseeing client deliverables and media placement. Lindsey then joined Hipcricket in 2008, initially as an Account Manager and later as a Senior Account Manager & Team Lead, responsible for managing a team of Account Managers and providing mobile marketing strategies. In 2013, Lindsey joined Essence as an Account Director, providing strategic support to clients and driving revenue growth. The same year, they also worked as an Account Director at Hipcricket, conducting strategic account reviews, generating new business proposals, and implementing mobile marketing campaigns. In 2015, Lindsey joined mGage as an Account Director, and in 2018 they moved to ON24, initially as a Senior Customer Success Manager and later promoted to Director, Customer Success. At ON24, they were responsible for customer success and optimizing demand generation through webinars.

Lindsey Houser obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Washington.
