Rob Comrie has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rob began their career as an Asset Investigator at Cabot Financial Europe Ltd in 2008, where they honed their communication skills and used financial and tracing programs to locate customers. Rob then joined Apex Credit Management as a Trace Investigator, where they further developed their communication skills and acquired knowledge of financial legislation.

In 2012, Rob joined Informa as a CPDcast Senior Account Manager, responsible for managing single user subscriptions and key accounts for the CPDcast product. Rob regularly exceeded targets and organized a strategy to balance account management and new business. Rob was promoted to CPDcast Sales Manager, where they successfully managed a team of sales executives and key account managers.

Rob spent some time in 2016 developing small projects on their own, including an accreditation service and multiple ecommerce shops. During this period, they acquired new skills in setting up and registering a business, website creation, social media strategy development, networking, and product management.

In 2017, Rob returned to Informa as an Account Manager, managing a portfolio of accounts across the Insurance Day and Lloyd's List subscription platforms. Rob exceeded retention targets through retention, upselling, cross-selling, and business development. Rob continued in this role until 2018.

From 2018 to 2020, Rob worked as an Enterprise Account Manager at Econsultancy, where they maintained a portfolio of accounts for brand and agency subscriptions. Rob consulted with clients to assess their marketing objectives and offered suitable solutions within the subscription, as well as through cross-selling to commercial, training, and event services. Rob achieved the highest performance in over two years by exceeding targets by 120% in their first year.

In 2020, Rob joined the Totaljobs Group as a Customer Success Manager, building relationships with businesses to increase the value they receive from products and helping them achieve their objectives and tackle challenges.
