Erica Coble has held a variety of roles in the customer service industry. Erica began their career in 2011 as the Shipping Receiving Manager at The Biltmore Hotel Miami, where they managed all inbound shipments for hotel distribution outside of food and beverage, handled and distributed inbound shipments for all hotel guests, and ordered and processed all data entries for inbound parcels. In 2014, they moved to Sysco where they served as Customer Service Lead, working closely with Sysco customers and drivers providing their service on any and all food-related needs for running their establishment, as well as serving as administrative assistant to internal sales representatives managing enterprise accounts. Most recently, in 2016, they became the Head Of Customer Service at Moment.
Erica Coble attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Miami from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services.
