Shannon Ellis completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Events Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Spalding Grammar School from 2004 to 2011, where they completed their A Levels in Business Studies, Biology, Psychology, and English Literature. In addition to their formal education, Shannon also obtained certifications, including Young Enterprise from Young Enterprise UK in September 2011, the Bronze Award from The Duke of Edinburgh's Award, and GNVQ Customer Service Level 2 from AQA. Shannon also obtained a Personal License from BII.
