Steve A. Sims is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, design, and leadership across various sectors. Previous roles include Vice President of SPM Products at SAP and CallidusCloud, where Steve A. held multiple leadership positions, including Chief Design and Products Officer. Steve founded the Badgeville Behavior Lab and served as Chief Design Officer at Badgeville, a leader in digital motivation solutions. Early in the career, Steve excelled in production and operations at notable companies like NVIDIA, Electronic Arts, and Gemini Mobile Technologies.
